To use OelTopLead services you must be at least the minimum age required by your country of residence and legally able to enter into agreements. You represent that you meet these eligibility requirements when creating an account.

Users under applicable minimum age should only use the platform with supervision of a parent or legal guardian and must not submit personal data without consent where consent is required by law.

You agree to use OelTopLead lawfully and not for fraudulent, deceptive, infringing or harmful activities. Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

Some services, job postings or paid features may be restricted in certain countries. It is your responsibility to ensure access to these services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Account creation gives you access to profile tools, job applications and recommended content. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activity that occurs under your account.

Provide true, current and complete information when registering and keep it updated. Inaccurate or misleading details may affect your platform experience and eligibility for opportunities.

Keep your credentials confidential. Notify OelTopLead immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We implement standard security measures but cannot ensure absolute protection against intrusion.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials is discouraged and may result in account action.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately at [email protected] and follow the prescribed recovery steps.

OelTopLead may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, present security risks, or upon legal request. We will notify you where feasible and permitted by law.

OelTopLead offers job matching, profile hosting, application tracking, employer connections and optional paid features like premium visibility and tailored coaching. Service availability depends on subscriptions, employer participation and regional restrictions.

We may modify, add or remove features. Notice of significant changes will be provided on the site or via email. Changes will not retroactively remove user rights accrued prior to the change except as required by law.

We aim to keep the platform available but may schedule maintenance or experience interruptions. OelTopLead does not promise uninterrupted service and will work to minimize downtime.

To maintain a productive professional environment, users must follow the rules below when interacting with the platform and other users.

• Provide truthful, non-misleading information in profiles, applications and communications.
• Respect other users and refrain from harassment, hate speech or discriminatory conduct.
• Do not post confidential third-party information or copyrighted material without permission.
• Avoid fraudulent schemes, false recruitment postings or misrepresentation of hiring authority.
• Do not use the platform to solicit unrelated commercial services or spam users.
• Comply with applicable laws, industry regulations and professional standards in oil management.
• Report violations to OelTopLead so we can take appropriate action.

You may submit resumes, cover letters, profiles, messages and other content. You retain ownership of content you create but grant OelTopLead rights necessary to provide the service.

You represent that you own or have the right to submit any content you upload and that uploading does not violate third-party rights.

By submitting content you grant OelTopLead a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, distribute and display your content to provide platform services, including sharing with potential employers and partners.

You are responsible for the consequences of your content. OelTopLead is not responsible for user-submitted content accuracy or outcomes resulting from reliance on such content.

We may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law. Removal does not preclude other actions including account suspension or legal measures.

All platform content not provided by users, including design, logos, software and editorial material, is owned by or licensed to OelTopLead. You may not copy or use this content outside permitted platform functions.

• Do not reproduce or distribute platform assets for commercial use without written permission.
• Do not reverse engineer platform software or attempt to access restricted systems.
• Respect activity, service marks and copyrights belonging to OelTopLead and third parties.

OelTopLead offers optional paid services such as premium profile placement, employer insights and coaching packages. Paid services are subject to the terms below in addition to these general Terms.

Pricing for paid services is displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes where required. Promotional pricing may apply for limited periods.

Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. You must provide valid payment details and agree to recurring charges for subscription services until cancelled.

Subscription services renew automatically on the chosen billing cycle. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through account settings or by contacting support.

Refunds are considered case-by-case. If a paid service fails to be delivered as described, contact support to seek resolution. Refunds are not automatic and depend on the circumstances.

You may cancel paid services at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to purchases in your jurisdiction. OelTopLead will comply with tax reporting obligations as required by law.

OelTopLead may change prices for paid services. Existing subscribers will receive notice of price changes in advance and may have the right to cancel before a new price takes effect.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid service features. We will provide notice and the opportunity to update payment details before suspension where feasible.

OelTopLead provides career tools and resources designed to support professional development in oil management. Results from using the platform vary and depend on user input, market conditions and employer decisions. Information provided is for informational purposes and not legal, tax or employment advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OelTopLead and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the relevant service during the prior 12 months, except where prohibited by law.

When you use links or integrations with third parties (employers, training providers, payment processors), you accept that those parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. OelTopLead is not responsible for their conduct or offerings.

Either party may terminate the relationship by closing or deleting an account or ceasing use of the platform. OelTopLead may also terminate or restrict access for breach, inactivity or legal reasons.

Upon termination, access to your account and certain data may be removed. Some information may be retained for legal, tax or legitimate business purposes in accordance with our privacy policy.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and share personal data. By using OelTopLead you consent to processing as described in that policy, subject to applicable law and your rights.

By creating an account you consent to receive service messages, application updates and relevant notifications. Marketing communications are optional and can be unsubscribed from at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on OelTopLead.pro with the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland, unless otherwise required by law.

For disputes related to the Terms or the platform, please contact our support team first so we can seek an amicable resolution. If the matter remains unresolved, parties may pursue legal remedies under the governing law.
